Revd Sue Colman is Associate Minister (SSM) to a parish on the edge of Basingstoke, in Hampshire. Before ordination she was variously a picture restorer, in pastoral and counselling work in her local church, employed by a charity to support vulnerable young people integrating spiritual and therapeutic wellbeing and an independent Adoption and Fostering Panel member for the Local Authority. She is on the Board of Home for Good, a charity which aims to find a good home for every child that needs one. She studied for a year at St Mellitus, London so knows what it feels like to be a student in this setting – an invaluable experience! She is married to Jamie, with 4 grown up children and is enjoying learning to be ‘Granny Sue’.
